Another form of institutional environment is the normative institutional environment. The normative form of institutional environment is entirely based on the identification of the acceptance that has been given by the population of a country on the thinking that has been drawn by the entrepreneur on the business rules and the ways of carrying out the different decision making process in the organisation. The normative form of environmental thinking is being devised for the social norms and structures that allows the entrepreneur to conduct business decision making in terms of the rules and the regulation to be followed in the company. This approach allows the employee show are working in the organizations to maintain an organisational harmony as the rules will be an approach of collective understanding of the employment needs (Dees, 2017). 

The last form of institutional environment is the cognitive institutional environment that is based on the templates and the scripts, which are to be passed on among the community in which the organisation is currently operating. Form the given research analysis that has been carried out using the different literatures and articles indicates that the presence of the effective institutional environment on the process of entrepreneurship will allow the better development of the organisation. It has been noted that the presence of the institutional environment will give an effective impact on the activities that are to be carried out by the entrepreneur. It is important to toe to the environment in which the entrepreneur is conducting its business activities and decision-making process influences the overall approach and the outcomes that are to be gained. The manifestation of the different activities that are to be carried out by the employees working in the company in which there is the use of the institutional environment will bring in better productivity due to the presence of the rules and the regulations. These rules and the regulations are created based on the creation and the provision of benefits to the employees and the other internal and the external stakeholders of the company (Bruton et al. 2015). 

The environment plays an important role in the defining of the rules to be followed because the society plays an important role in maintaining the presence of the organisation in the market and the interests that to be gained by the population in order to avail the services that are being given by the company. The framework that has been defined by the society forms the base for the entrepreneur and the decisions that are to be taken by them for the benefit of the company and the other individuals who are working in the company (Spigel, 2017).

It has been noted that the inclusion of the institutional environment will be entirely based on the interest of the entrepreneur. It is important to note that the different activities, which are important to be carried out by the entrepreneur, are entirely based on the institutional environment in which the entrepreneur is being acting and working on the objectives of the company. Limitations 

The research articles that have been selected for the conduction of the literature review of the given topic, which is based on the institutional environment and its impact on the entrepreneurship indicates that there is the need for the effective understanding of more articles. Thus, the approach that has been taken by him in order to devise the literature for the given paper is understood. It has been note that the most important limitations that has been faced for the given paper is the provision of time. There was the requirement of more time allotment so that few more research articles and journal articles could have been used to gather the required outcomes. 

Future research directions

The gathered information for the given research will be effective in defining the future prospects that can be researched on for better clarification and the justification of the institutional environment. It is important to note that the different researchers will be able to extend their research strategy through the content that has been identified in the given literature. The identified information will increase the scope for the future research options for the researchers and the readers.
