There are challenging markets that require a reconstitution and a consolidation of services and operations in a way that appease the international bodies. EWS is in an expansion process which is essential to enter into new market with the system components that are ready to be installed and distributed. Successful managers practice business skills and management skills effectively with leadership skills. As such leadership skills are not the same when compared to management skills. There are strong management skills that can be achieved with practice and experience. Leadership qualities should be developed and skills should be learned in order to have effective project completion. Effective leaders have new techniques and tools with leadership skills that can make them successful as project managers. The leadership competencies and skills required for the project are discussed here with the tools and techniques to be used in the project by the project team. The types of power and the methods of development are discussed as self-managed teams for Agile projects. Leadership style In the project of EWS, the leadership styles that can be used are suggested as an authoritative leadership style and democratic leadership style. The best leadership style among both is authoritative leadership style as it helps to create a vision and focus on the solutions at a wider scope. Leadership is the responsibility of every project manager and project leader and the first leadership style to be used is authoritative leadership that is very much suitable for this project. The vision is set and the appealing responsibility is managed so as to inspire the work effectively. Although this style is common, it is majorly used by the project managers in the day-to-day life for operations. There are better results that are generated with this leadership style as it is effective in nature and can deliver the results with best of its outcomes. The authoritative leader has motivation and vision that makes things clear and generally fits in the vision which seems that the project is valid.
